Maurice Simmons graduated with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of Virginia Beach. 

Maurice has a working knowledge of cultural cooking techniques with special focus on foundation and fundamentals: Classical European, World, Asian, Latin and American cuisines also Baking/Pastry; Artisan Breads; European Cakes and Tortes. 

Maurice is trained/qualified ServSafe and has received certification as a Certified Chef (ACF) and Personal& Private Chef (CPC).
